Peptide quality standards in Europe

In Europe, research customers increasingly value documented quality. HPLC purity, mass spectrometry and certificates of analysis (COA) are the key evidence.

HPLC purity as standard

An HPLC chromatogram shows the purity of a peptide sample. Values above 95% are considered research-grade, above 98% as high purity. The method (e.g. UV 214 nm) should be stated in the COA.
