What does Research Use Only mean?+
Research Use Only (RUO) means our products are intended exclusively for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, diagnostics or therapy. Every order confirms this designation.
How does ordering and payment work?+
Orders are placed through our catalog. You need a verified account. Payment is exclusively via bank transfer. After payment receipt, your order is processed and shipped.
What shipping options are available?+
We ship within Germany and selected EU countries. Shipping is discreet and secure. Shipping costs are 6.90 EUR, free shipping from 100.00 EUR order value.
Do I receive a COA with my order?+
Yes, we provide a COA (Certificate of Analysis) for every product. Documents are batch-specific and linked on the product page.
Can I cancel my order?+
As long as the order status is 'awaiting bank transfer', we can cancel it. Unpaid orders are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
What purity levels do your products have?+
Our peptides are listed with purity grades of >=98% and >=99%. Please refer to the COA of the respective batch for exact specifications.
