Scope

These terms apply to all orders through the PrimePeptides online shop.

Customers and RUO use

All products offered in this shop are intended strictly for Research Use Only (RUO), laboratory research, analysis and development purposes. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, injection, cosmetic use, diagnostics, therapy, medical treatment, self-medication or any other use on humans or animals.

By placing an order, customers confirm that they are of legal age and legally entitled to purchase products for lawful research purposes.

No prohibited use

Products are not supplied for consumption, self-administration, medical treatment, doping, cosmetic application or any other prohibited purpose. We may reject orders or request additional RUO evidence.

Contract formation

Product listings are not binding offers. The customer submits a binding offer by completing checkout. The contract is concluded when we accept the order or dispatch the goods.

Product information

Product names, specifications, purity statements and report links are for identification and technical classification only and do not constitute medical or therapeutic claims.

Prices and VAT

Prices are gross prices including 19% VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer only. Processing and shipment start after full payment receipt.

Delivery

Delivery times are non-binding estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays caused by payment, carriers, customs, force majeure or missing customer information are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Customer obligations

Customers must provide accurate data and are responsible for legal compliance, storage, documentation and use of products.

Retention of title

Goods remain our property until fully paid.

Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Customers should document obvious transport damage or wrong deliveries immediately.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage where essential contractual duties are breached.

Compliance

Customers are responsible for checking whether acquisition, possession, import, storage, transfer or use is lawful in their country and context.

Cancellation of orders

We may cancel orders, block accounts or refuse delivery where there are indications of prohibited use, false information, sanctions, fraud, misuse or legal risk.

Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
